Success within THE METHOD depends entirely on the client’s own effort, dedication, and mindset. The creator makes no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or earnings.

1.5 Community Guidelines

Clients engaging in THE METHOD community must adhere to respectful and supportive interactions.

🚨 Posting harmful, illegal, inappropriate, or disruptive content (including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, or promotion of violence) will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

1.6 Access and Response Time

Clients can access resources 24/7 during their subscription period. While questions posted in the community are typically addressed within 24-48 hours, this is not guaranteed.

2. BILLING, FREE TRIAL, AND SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

2.1 Free Trial

THE METHOD offers a 1-day free trial for new clients. Enrollment may take up to 12 hours, which could shorten the free trial period.

⚠️ It is the client’s sole responsibility to monitor the free trial period and cancel their subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

2.2 Automatic Billing

At the end of the free trial, the client’s subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly membership. Clients are charged the standard subscription fee unless they cancel before the trial expires.

💳 Charges will be applied automatically using the payment method provided during enrollment.

2.3 Subscription Terms

THE METHOD operates on a monthly subscription basis. Clients will retain access to the resources for as long as their subscription remains active.

✅ There are no long-term contracts, and clients may cancel at any time.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

🚫 Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction, lack of usage, or failure to cancel the subscription on time.

If a client enrolls with a coupon code, the discounted price will remain valid for the duration of the subscription unless otherwise specified.

2.6 Billing Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for:

✅ Managing their subscription, including timely cancellation through their Stripe membership portal.
✅ Monitoring billing dates and the expiration of the free trial.

The creator of THE METHOD is not liable for any outcomes, results, or consequences of using the provided materials.

3.2 No Responsibility for Subscription Mismanagement

The creator is not responsible for charges resulting from the client’s failure to cancel the subscription before the end of the free trial or billing cycle.

🚫 No refunds will be issued due to failure to manage subscription timelines or cancellations.

3.3 Technical Issues

Reasonable efforts are made to ensure platform functionality. However, the creator does not guarantee uninterrupted access to THE METHOD.

⚠️ Platform outages, maintenance, or technical errors may occur, and THE METHOD is not responsible for any loss of data or progress during such periods.

3.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall the creator’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the subscription in the last 30 days.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 Ownership of Materials

All content, resources, and materials provided in THE METHOD, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, and community posts, are the intellectual property of the creator and are protected by copyright law.

4.2 Prohibited Use

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of THE METHOD without express written consent.
